Joining forces with the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust

Wilder International director Dr Matyas Liptovszky has recently been appointed as a trustee for the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust. With this comes an opportunity to help shape the way in which the trust delivers its conservation goals. Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust is the county’s leading conservation charity run by local people for the benefit of local wildlife. The Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust manages nature reserves across the county as part of a network of 46 Wildlife Trusts across the UK working collaboratively to create a brighter future for the UKs native wildlife.

It is a great privilege to join the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust council. NWT has been a powerful support for the county’s wildlife since the 1960s, and continue to do fantastic work across a range of important habitats. I’m excited that I will be working with a dedicated team of staff, volunteers and trustees all united to help wildlife and wild places around Nottinghamshire.
